Following a traditional recipe, the Tres Leches cake is a rich and super moist vanilla sponge cake soaked with three different types of milk – Evaporated, Condensed and Whole milks. The cake is then topped with a fluffy whipped cream topping and dusted with Cinnamon. The sponge cake does not fully absorb the milk, which allows for a rich milk syrup to be scooped up with each bite of cake. - Each cake measures approx. 6.75″ × 6.75″ × 2″ and weighs approx. 2 lbs.
- Cakes arrive in a beautiful branded gift box!
- Cakes are baked to order, frozen, and shipped with dry ice.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, place cake at room temperature, in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, remove the plastic from the cake, return to the box and keep refrigerated overnight.
- Use a large knife.
- Run the knife blade under hot water.
- Dry the knife with a towel before any new slice.
- Store remaining cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
