They take pride in mixing the batters and frosting from scratch, using whole milk, fresh eggs and real butter, NEVER a cake mix or commercially made frostings.
This package serves 8-10 people and includes 1 Carrot Layer Cake
- Cake measures approx. 6" and weighs approx. 4 lbs.
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Remove cake from bakery box and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Remove the plastic wrap while frozen and Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
- If cake has a sugar paper decal, keep the cake in its box while on the counter, out off direct sunlight to avoid color changes.
To Serve
- Allow cakes to reach room temperature before enjoying (approximately 2-3 hours from frozen).
- Run a knife blade under hot water.
- Dry the knife with a towel before any new slice.
- Store remaining cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
