Founded by Ukrainian refugees Wolodymyr and Olha Darmochwal, this 24-hour Ukranian restaurant is still family-owned and run today. - Each potato pancake weighs approx. 4 oz.

To Serve
Pierogis
- Allow pierogi to defrost completely and cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
- Optional: After boiling, pan-fry pierogis in butter until golden brown.
- Serve & enjoy!
Potato Pancake
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place frozen pancakes on an ungreased sheet pan.
- Place in oven and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes, flipping the potato pancakes after the first 10 minutes.
