In 1878, 20 year-old Silviano Venchi bought two bronze cauldrons and opened a chocolate shop in the Italian city of Turin. Endlessly innovative, passionate, and meticulous, he quickly attracted a loyal following of chocolate lovers, and his creations became the stuff of legend. Dubbed “the most elegant chocolate shop in Piedmont,” Venchi today has more than 350 varieties of chocolate, 90 gelato flavors, and more than 130 shops in 70 countries and counting. Only the highest-quality ingredients and old-world techniques go into Venchi’s signature creations, many of which are still made according to Silviano’s original recipes.

- Pistachio Gianduiotto – The Pistachio chocolate “dressed” in Gianduiotto recalls the iconic shape resembling a small, overturned boat: a delicious merging of the slightly salted white chocolate and the amazingly creamy heart with its rich paste of pistachio, also known as “the green gold of The Mediterranean”.
- Caramel Gold Cremino – The famous three-layered Piedmontese chocolate. Small, but incredible, each square is a microcosm of flavors. Discover it in a version where the harmony between past and future manifests itself to the nth degree, born from the simplicity of processing an incredibly delicious amber ingredient. Caramel, with its history dating back to the Arabs of 1000 AD, is the beating heart of this creation: a layer of dark chocolate with almond paste between two layers of white chocolate with caramel, in sublime contrast with the dark chocolate.
- Gianduia Chocoviar – A crunchy whole and lightly roasted Piedmont Hazelnut enrobed in our special, creamy and enveloping Gianduia made with just 3 ingredients—chocolate, raw cane sugar and Piedmont Hazelnut—contained in a dark chocolate shell and topped with 75% Chocoviar microspheres. Every ounce of that sweet Venchi delight in one bite! Vegan friendly.
- Pistachio Chocoviar – One of the world’s most loved chocolates becomes even more unique with the new delicious pistachio and hazelnut filling with whole pistachios, covered in dark chocolate with toffee grains and South American cocoa nibs. Only for true pistachio connoisseurs! Chocolate with a soft filling stuffed with whole pistachios covered with dark chocolate and garnished with toffee grains and nibs.
- Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Pearl – A heart of crunchy PGI Piedmont hazelnut, toasted and whole, wrapped in dark chocolate and Gianduia paste with extra dark half-shell. For true hazelnut lovers, a chocolate that celebrates the short-chain PGI Piedmont hazelnut in all its forms: whole and in its creamy Gianduia version.
