Each rose petal petit four contains 4 layers of delicate vanilla bean cake, alternating with a rose petal passion fruit ganache, and covered in white chocolate. Atop each petit four is a single candied rose petal & nbsp. A modern interpretation of the classic confection, Valerie Confections’ Rose Petal Petits Fours make a deliciously decadent gift.

Founded in 2004 in Los Angeles, Valerie Confections is recognized as one of the top artisan confectioners in the country. Founder and chocolatier Valerie Gordon’s talents have been widely celebrated by the media and locals alike. One talent of hers is recreating the recipes of historic California cakes, most notably the famous Coffee Crunch Cake from Blum’s Bakery. When Blum’s closed in the 1980s, the recipe for their Coffee Crunch Cake was a well-kept secret at risk of disappearing forever. But at the request of the Los Angeles Times, Gordon stepped in as the hero and detective. And we all thank the universe she did because this cake is a revelation!

This package serves 12 people and includes 12 Rose Petal Petits Fours

  • Each petit four measures approx. 1"x 3.8" and weighs approx. 1.3 oz.
  • Petits Fours ship fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator
  • The date on the ingredient sticker will indicate the “best by” date, which should be 7-10 days from receipt.
    Please confirm upon arrival that the enclosed gel pack is Not Warm, which would indicate excessive heat exposure in transit, and, while not likely, possible damage to the product. The chocolate exterior of Petits Fours would need to be visibly melted for the product to be unsafe to eat.
