Trophy Cupcakes’ rainbow mini cupcakes: Jennifer Shea’s signature bases topped in a full spectrum of buttercream swirls, made with locally sourced butter and Madagascar bourbon vanilla at the Seattle boutique bakery she opened in Wallingford in 2007. The minis for any celebration that calls for every color at the table.
