Made with locally sourced butter and Madagascar bourbon vanilla at the Seattle boutique bakery she opened in Wallingford in 2007, where she has been helping Seattle celebrate every milestone since.

To Serve
- If enjoying your cake right away, let it sit at room temperature for at least 5 hours prior to serving. Serving your cake too cold can make it taste dense, dry, and crumbly, so it’s essential to give it enough time to warm up.
