Trophy Cupcakes’ chocolate and vanilla mini cupcakes made gluten-free — Jennifer Shea’s same locally sourced butter and Madagascar bourbon vanilla standard applied to a formula that works for every guest at the table. The Seattle boutique bakery she opened in Wallingford in 2007 doesn’t ask anyone to miss out on the cupcake that earned multiple Seattle Magazine “Best Cupcake” awards.

  • Each cupcake measures 2" and weighs approx. 1.1 oz.
  • Mini Cupcakes ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Mini Cupcakes may be stored in the freezer for up to 30 days or at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Do not store cupcakes in the refrigerator as it can dry them out.
  • When ready to enjoy, thaw the cupcakes at room temperature for 45-60 minutes.
