Autumn Heirloom Cake
Ready To Eat
Freezer Friendly
Four layers of pumpkin spice cake filled with cream cheese buttercream, then finished in pumpkin pie buttercream piped with Lambeth-style ruffles, swags, and borders and tied with rich brown satin bows. Trophy Cupcakes, the women-owned Seattle bakery founded by Jennifer Shea in 2007, is known for elaborate hand-piped designs like this one. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or a fall birthday. Everyone will photograph it before anyone cuts a slice.
