This House-Made Pesto Sauce is bright and fragrant, handcrafted in small batches using fresh basil, garlic, and aged Italian cheeses to deliver a classic, herb-forward flavor. Produced by Tino’s Deli, a family-owned business nestled in the heart of Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, this smooth and aromatic sauce is rooted in traditions that began fifty years ago. Each batch is prepared with the same care as recipes from a family kitchen, ensuring every tray offers an authentic taste that pairs beautifully with pasta, ravioli, or vegetables.

  • Sauce ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, store in the freezer until ready to serve. Can be frozen for up to 90 days.
  • Once thawed, best enjoyed within 5–7 days. Keep refrigerated.
  • If not using within 7 days of arrival, freeze for up to 90 days.

To Serve

  • If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before use.
  • Toss gently with hot pasta or spoon over ravioli.
  • If desired, heat lightly in a small saucepan over low heat for 3–5 minutes. Do not boil, as overheating may dull the fresh basil flavor.
