Tino’s Deli’s Little Italy Pasta Feast for 2: fresh pasta, house-made sauces, and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano for a simple Italian dinner at home — from the Arthur Avenue, Bronx institution Rosa and Giancarlo Paciullo have run for over 27 years.   • Pasta Feast ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, store fresh cheese ravioli in the freezer until ready to serve. Can be frozen for up to 90 days.
  • Store fresh handmade pasta in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within 7 days.
  • Store tomato sauce and vodka sauce in the refrigerator for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 90 days if not using within 7 days of arrival.
  • Store Parmigiano Reggiano in the refrigerator for up to 90 days.

To Serve

  • Pair ravioli with tomato sauce for a classic first course, or toss fresh pasta with vodka sauce and finish with Parmigiano Reggiano. Mix and match sauces to taste!
  • Ravioli: Submerge into salted boiling water and cook for 5–7 minutes or to desired tenderness.
  • Fresh Pasta: Submerge into salted boiling water and cook for 4–5 minutes or to desired tenderness.
  • Sauces: If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before use. Heat gently over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Serve over pasta or ravioli.
