To make their famous brisket, The Shed applies a special rub of cracked black pepper, kosher salt, and granulated garlic before smoking it low and slow over pecan wood for 16-18 hours. Each brisket is hand sliced traditionally with the fat cap on for extra flavor.

  • Refrigerate and enjoy within 5 days, or store in your freezer in its original packaging for up to 3 months.
  • Turkeys should be fully thawed before heating.

To Serve

  • Preheat oven to 200-220℉.
  • Wrap meat in foil, place on baking sheet, and heat on center rack of your oven.
  • After 10 minutes, open the wrapping to check the internal temperature. All items from The Shed should have an internal temperature of 165 degrees prior to serving.
  • If needed, heat 5-10 minutes more. Remember you are steaming the meat in its own juices, not re-cooking it!
  • Glaze with BBQ sauce while heating for added taste.
  • Serve and enjoy!
