For over 30 years Clevelanders (and pizza tourists) have been flocking to the city’s historic Westside Market to visit the pizza bagel lady stand for their legendary pizza bagels. Owner Terry Thomsen uses local ingredients to craft these light and fluffy bagels made specifically for pizzas, finishing each with a mild tomato sauce and a secret mozzarella/provolone mix of cheese.
