Large pieces of fresh claw and knuckle lobster meat are baked in a creamy lobster sauce with a panko bread crumb crust!

Located at the very tip of Cape Cod in beautiful Provincetown, Massachusetts, The Lobster Pot is a local landmark with an iconic neon sign that’s lured in generations of guests since it first opened its doors in 1979. Founded by the McNulty family and today run by Tim McNulty, The Lobster Pot boasts two waterfront dining rooms overlooking Provincetown Harbor and an extensive menu of the freshest local seafood that draws lines down the block every summer.

This package includes everything you need to make 1 Lobster Newburg

  • 1 bag Fresh Lobster Meat (2 lbs.)
  • 1 bag Frozen Lobster Bisque (2 qts.)
  • 1 container Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Choose to add more lobster!
    • Additional bag serves 6 people.
  • Lobster Meat ships fresh and Soup ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Lobster must be kept on ice in the refrigerator, and may be stored for up to 1 week.
  • Unopened soups may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer until the “best by” date.
  • Once opened, soup may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Soup does not arrive in a resealable bag.
  • Panko Bread Crumbs may be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year.

To Serve

  • Heat half the bag of soup until very warm and then pour over Lobster Meat in a 2 quart casserole dish. Pro Tip: Keep the other half for a cup of soup later or toss over pasta for a delicious snack at another time.
  • Preheat oven at 475℉.
  • Cover the top of the lobster meat with the Panko Bread Crumbs and bake for approximately 10 minutes until the crumbs are browned and bubbling.
  • Serve and enjoy!
