Christmas Ham Dinner for 4

This traditional Christmas Ham Dinner is a winner. They start with a tender and juicy spice-brined, fruitwood-smoked City Ham from their friends at Smoking Goose Meatery, cooking it low and slow in their Sticky Brown Sugar Glaze. It’s accompanied by savory Potatoes au Gratin, bright Green Beans Almondine, and Carrots with Orange & Ginger, with Chef Alysha’s Dutch Apple Pie for a sweet finish.

Melbourne native Debbie Sharpe has spent years traveling the world catering for some of the music industry’s biggest stars, everyone from Paul McCartney and The Rolling Stones to Madonna and Beyonce. In 1990 she settled in Chicago and opened several critically acclaimed restaurants, and in 2004 she realized her dream of opening an Australian-style cafe, called The Goddess & Grocer. The Goddess, obviously, is Sharpe.
