St. Patrick's Day Twice-Baked Potatoes - 12 Pack

The Chef’s Garden believes they grow the best selection of potatoes north of the Andes Mountains! To make them better, these are stuffed with kale and butter to form a traditional Irish Colcannon. Available this St. Patrick’s Day only on Goldbelly! This is a baker’s dozen of twice-baked potatoes from the farm. Filled with a buttery blend of potatoes and kale, commonly referred to as Colcannon Irish Mashed Potatoes.

Colcannon (pronounced kowl·ka·nuhn), is an Irish classic that combines buttery mashed potatoes with sauteed greens. Sometimes cabbage, kale, spinach, even herbs. In this recipe, they lean into their exotic kales and allow the exposed leaves to turn into beautiful crispy chips as they bake.
