To Serve

Steak

  • Steak is pre-cooked to medium-rare.
  • In a hot pan or grill, sear the steak until warm.
  • If preferred, continue searing until it reaches your desired state.
  • Serve & enjoy!

Caesar Salad

  • Wash desired amount of lettuce and drain well before transferring to a bowl.
  • Add toppings and mix.
  • Add dressing on the side.
  • Serve & enjoy!

Creamed Spinach – Stove Top

  • Gently heat on low until warm.
  • Serve & enjoy!

Cornbread

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Bake covered for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and transfer to a platter.
  • Serve immediately.

Baked Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a small platter.
  • Serve & enjoy!

Vegetable Cake Mix

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease and flour two 9" cake pans or similarly sized baking vessels. Line the bottom of the pans with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the dry mix with 4 eggs and 1 cup of vegetable oil.
  • Using a mixer, blend until combined. Add carrots and fold to incorporate.
  • Pour into pans and bake for approx. 35 minutes or until a cake tester or paring knife inserted into the center of the cake removes cleanly.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Afterwards, remove the cake from the pan(s), and place it on waxed paper or on a lightly greased cooling rack. Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting. Optional: Add icing.
  • Serve & enjoy!
