Glazed Spiral Cut Ham Dinner for 6-8

Treat your guests to a stunning ham dinner! The ham is slow smoked for 6-8 hours, coated in a brown sugar cinnamon glaze, and then fire-torched to melt the glaze. Homemade side dishes include potatoes au gratin, spinach Madeleine, and a broccoli cheese rice casserole. And for dessert, a New Orleans-style bread pudding made with French bread, bananas, and raisins and topped with white chocolate sauce!

After once again selling 600 of his special Cajun-style turkeys, Billy Howell finally realized he’d outgrown his Dallas, Texas, garage, so he started The Cajun Turkey Company in 1994, producing what many believe are the tastiest turkeys in Texas. The Cajun Turkey Company injects premium turkeys with over a quart of proprietary “Geaux Juice” (pronounced “go juice”) before hand-rubbing them with Cajun seasonings. After marinating overnight, the turkeys are deep fried in peanut oil yielding juicy, moist, and tender Cajun deep fried turkey. The Cajun Turkey Company has been featured on the Food Network, The Rachael Ray Show, and ABC’s The Chew, and their turkey was voted the Best Turkey in Dallas by the Dallas Observer.

After once again selling 600 of his special cajun style turkeys, Billy Howell finally realized he'd outgrown his garage. It was 1994 and Billy realized he was well past the point of keeping up with the demand, so the only alternative was to go all in and find his own facility. Decades (and hundreds of thousands of turkeys) later, we're all giving thanks that he did. With features on the Food Network, the Rachael Ray show and ABC's The Chew, the secret is out and Billy's special cajun turkeys are gracing table tops from coast to coast with what many believe are the tastiest turkeys found nationwide.
