Terry Black’s Barbecue brisket chili: chunks of the Austin pitmaster’s post oak–smoked Prime brisket folded into a bold, spiced chili with hearty beans. Michael and Mark Black opened Terry Black’s in 2014 with the Central Texas smoke tradition their grandfather Edgar Black Sr. built in Lockhart in 1932; the chili is what happens when that brisket gets a second act.

- Chili ship frozen with dry ice, may evaporate in transit
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival, remove from packaging and place in the refrigerator or freezer depending on desired use.
- When fully thawed, keep items for no more than 4 hours at room temperature.
- Item may be stored in the refrigerator for one week, or in the freezer for up to 30 days.

To Serve
- Thaw brisket chili in the refrigerator
- Place the chili into a sauce pot and reheat to 160*F
- Constently stir while reheating.
