- 1 “The Sasso” Classic Cheese – Classic cheese pizza with aged mozzarella and tomato sauce
- Each pizza serves 2-3 people and measures 14"
Zucker’s Bagels Assorted Flavors Include
- 3 Everything
- 3 Plain
- Package ships with dry ice, may thaw during transit.
- Dry ice may thaw during transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival:
- Store pizzas in the freezer.
- Store Pastrami and Rye Bread in the fridge or freezer.
- Store Mustard in the refrigerator.
- Store Cheesecake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Store Bagels in the freezer.
- Store Black & White Cookies at room temperature.
- Pizzas may be kept in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Pastrami and Rye Bread may be stored for up to 1 week in the refrigerator or up to 60 days in the freezer.
- Mustard can be stored in the refrigerator until its “Best Used By” date.
- Cheesecakes last up to 5 days in the refrigerator (in an airtight container) or up to 6 months in the freezer.
- Bagels can be kept in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- Cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days, in the refrigerator for up to 8 days, or up to 6 months in the freezer.
To Serve
Pizza
- Preheat oven to 415°F.
- Remove pizza from freezer and discard bag (do not let pizza thaw for more than 7-10 minutes prior to placing in the oven, it should still feel frozen when it goes in).
- Heat one pie at a time by placing directly on the middle rack (lower rack for extra crispy pizza) and bake for 5-6 minutes.
- Carefully rotate the pie with a pair of tongs or spatula and continue baking for another 5-6 minutes (or until the crust is hot and the cheese is bubbling all around).
- Remove from the oven.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Pastrami
- Defrost pastrami and rye bread if frozen.
- Allow bread to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Layer pastrami on rye bread slices, dividing evenly and top with mustard as desired.
Cheesecake
- Defrost cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
- Leave on counter for 3-4 hours prior to serving.
- Slice and enjoy!
Bagels
- When ready to bake your bagels, defrost on the counter for up to 5 minutes.
- Pre-heat your oven to 430°F.
- Run your bagel under water for a few seconds on each side to refresh it, then place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes, Look for a golden brown crust when ready and increase time based on your oven. You can flip halfway through for even baking.
- Cool slightly before you slice and try with your favorite toppings. Toasting is not necessary, it would be a shanda!
Black & White Cookies
- Allow cookies to sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours before enjoying.
