The Official Taste of Wisconsin Box is a tribute to the Dairy State’s finest. This massive collection includes State Street Brats and cheese curds, Stella’s of Madison’s famous Hot & Spicy Cheese Bread, a Wisconsin-flavored Kringle from O&H Danish Bakery, Baraboo Cow Pies, and premium cheese blocks from Roth Cheese. Finished with Bucky Badger mustard, it is a true Wisconsin feast.

This package serves 6-8 people and includes 1 Taste of Wisconsin Local Legends Box
- 1 pack State Street Brats (5 ct.)
- 2 bags Cheese Curds (12 oz. total)
- 1 loaf Stella’s Hot & Spicy Cheese Bread (1.5 lbs.)
- 1 O&H Danish Bakery Wisconsin Kringle (1.75 lbs.)
- 1 box Baraboo Candy Company Cow Pies (2.5 oz)
- 1 box Baraboo Candy Company Green Bay Puddles (2.5 oz)
- 1 block Roth Grand Cru Cheese (6 oz.)
- 1 block Roth Aged Gouda Cheese (5 oz.)
- 1 bottle Bucky Badger Mustard
- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store brats and cheese curds in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Brats are fully smoked and pre-cooked, may arrive thawed. When thawed, brats are food safe and can be re-frozen
- Kringle arrives ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, store kringle at room temperature. Kringle may be kept frozen to preserve freshness. Do not refrigerate.
- Cheese bread arrives ready to enjoy!
- Store cheese bread at room temperature for 4-5 days, or keep frozen for up to 1 month.
- Upon arrival, store cheese in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks.
- Cheese is stable at room temperature, however, it is best stored in the refrigerator.
- Upon arrival, store cow pies in a cool, dry place, or place in the refrigerator.
- While cow pies can be kept at room temperature, refrigeration is recommended to maintain the texture of the caramel and chocolate.
- Store mustard at room temperature.
To Serve
State Street Brats + Cheese Curds
- Brats
- STEP 1: May be cooked on a grill but State Street Brats recommends grilling them butterfly style on a pan or flat top.
- STEP 2: Place brats on the grill cut side down.
- STEP 3: Grill for 3-5 minutes until red color deepens and begins to char on the edges.
- STEP 4: Flip brats and cook on opposite side until brat starts to curl like a “C” and bubble.
- STEP 5: Serve and enjoy!
- Cheese Curds
- STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.
- STEP 2: Bake for 15 minutes or until hot.
- STEP 3: Enjoy!
O&H Danish Bakery Kringle
- To warm, remove from package and place in a 350 degree oven for approximately 3-minutes or warm, as necessary, in a microwave oven.
- Cut into 1 or 2-inch slices depending on appetite and occasion.
- Serve and enjoy!
Stella’s of Madison Hot & Spicy Cheese Bread
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Wrap rolls in foil and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Roth Grand Cru + Gouda
- Remove cheese from the refrigerator at least an hour before serving.
- Unwrap cheese and place on a cheese board or butcher paper.
- Cover with an inverted bowl. This allows the cheese to breathe and protect it while it comes to room temperature.
- Serve and enjoy!

- Enjoy at room temperature!
