- 6 Picos Mexican Pork in Red Chile Tamales (Each 3 oz.)

- Each pie measures approx. 9"
- 1 pint Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream (16 fl. oz.)
- 1 pint Blue Bell Pecan Pralines ‘n Cream Ice Cream (16 fl. oz.)
- Items ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Sausage can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Ribs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Allow ribs several days in the refrigerator to fully thaw. In order to retain moisture, keep sealed in the original protective wrap until ready to reheat.
- Tamales can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Pie can be stored on the counter for up to 3 weeks, in the refrigerator for up to 3 months, or in the freezer for up to 1 year.
- Ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months.
To Serve
Salt Lick Ribs – Grill Method (Recommended)
- Coals should be glowing and without flame. Place meats directly on the rack at least 6" above the coals.
- Ribs will reheat in 20-30 minutes.
- We recommend occasionally basting the meats with Salt Lick Secret Recipe Sauce.

Salt Lick Ribs – Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 410°F, baste with Salt Lick Secret Recipe Sauce, place on a wire rack, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the ribs, reduce heat to 275°F, baste with sauce again, and heat for approx. 20 more minutes. To retain original smokehouse flavor and moisture, do not overheat. Cooking times and temperatures can vary from oven to oven. A meat thermometer should read 165° F internally when fully heated.

Southside Market Sausage – Smoked
- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight or until fully defrosted.
- Create a wood fire in a BBQ pit.
- Maintain a cooking temperature of 200-250°F, and turn the sausage several times to ensure even smoking.
- Heat sausages for 30–45 minutes, turning once halfway through. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Enjoy!
Southside Market Sausage – Grilled
- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight or until fully defrosted.
- Preheat grill to 300° – 350° F.
- Grill sausages for 15-20 minutes, turning once halfway through. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Southside Market Sausage – Sauteé
- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight or until fully defrosted.
- Heat sausage links with 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill sausages for 15-20 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Enjoy!
Picos Mexican Tamales
- Allow tamales to thaw overnight in the refrigerator in their Sous Vide bags
- Boil a large pot of water for multiple bags or a pot that can be filled to cover the size of a single bag at a time when submerged
- Place Tamales, still their sealed bags, in the water
- Boil until tamales are heated all the way through
- Remove from the water, open the bags
- Enjoy!
Goode. Co Famous Pecan Pie
- Preheat oven to 250-F (or use “warm” setting if oven has option).
- Remove film wrap to expose pie.
- Place pie in oven on top rack for 20 minutes.
- Remove pie from oven.
- Let cool to safe handling temperature before slicing in.
