Create your own legendary Versailles Cubano sandwiches with a complete kit including tender roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, and fresh Cuban bread. And for a refreshing finish, indulge in a classic Key Lime Pie from Icebox Cafe—smooth, tangy, and perfectly balanced. It’s a flavorful journey through Miami’s rich culinary heritage.

- Items ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Pastelitos can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Parsley sauces can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in the original vacuum-sealed package.
- Tostones and sauce ship frozen and may thaw in transit. Thaw tostones and sauce in refrigerator.
- Cuban sandwich kit can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Key lime pie can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Coffee can be stored at room temperature & brewed according to the manufacturer’s instructions on the package.
Pastelitos
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- While the oven is preheating take the provided parchment paper and place on a baking tray
- Separate the pastries and place them at least ½” apart from each other on the tray.
- Place tray in the center of the oven and set timer 40 minutes (baking times may vary by oven*
- While the pastries are baking the simple syrup can be made.
- Take 1/2 cup of granulated sugar in a small saucepan and add 1/4 cup water. Stir on medium to high heat. Once the sugar is dissolved and mixture is brought to a boil, remove from heat.
- Once the pastries are done remove from oven and brush on simple syrup while they are still hot.
- Let the pastries cool down which will take about 10-15 minutes.

Cuban Sandwich Kit
- Place a skillet or frying pan over medium heat
- Lightly butter the outside of the bread on both sides (butter not included)
- Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for about 2–3 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown
- Flip the sandwich, then press it firmly using a spatula, grill press, or another heavy pan
- Cook for another 2–4 minutes, pressing occasionally, until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted
- Remove from heat, let it sit for 1 minute, then slice
- Enjoy!
Tostones
Air Fryer (Best for Crispiness)
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F
- Arrange tostones in a single layer
- Heat for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until hot and crispy
Oven
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Place tostones on a baking sheet in a single layer
- Bake for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until heated through and crisp
Stovetop
- Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Add tostones and cook for 2–3 minutes per side
- Remove when golden and crispy
To Serve
- Sprinkle tostones with salt immediately after heating
- Serve with the parsley sauce
Key Lime Pie
- If the cake will be enjoyed within 24 hours, place it in the refrigerator to thaw.
- For best flavor, let it sit at room temperature (away from direct sunlight) for 1 hour before serving.
- To slice the pie, use a sharp knife warmed under hot water for a clean cut.
