This package serves 4 people and includes
- Luke’s Lobster Roll Kit (Makes 4 Lobster Rolls)
- Lobster Knuckle & Claw Meat (1 lb.)
- 4 Split-Top New England Style Buns
- Luke’s Seasoning (0.3 oz.)
- Legal Sea Foods New England Clam Chowder (1 qt.)
- 4 Two Fat Cats Whoopie Pies (each 3.2 oz.)
- Wilbur’s of Maine Chocolate Covered Blueberries (8 oz.)
- Ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Store in the clam chowder in the freezer for up to 6 months. Consume or discard leftovers within 3 days of opening.
- Lobster Roll Kit:
- Upon arrival, store lobster and buns in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Upon arrival, store seasoning at room temperature.
- Lobster lasts up to 6 days in the refrigerator or up to 18 months from the pack date that is indicated on the label.
- Buns last up to 1 week in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer.
- Upon arrival, place whoopie pies in the freezer until serving. Whoopie pies can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days.
To Serve
Legal Sea Foods Clam Chowder: Boil-in-Bag Option
- Place bag into a saucepan filled with rapidly boiling water (rapidly boiling water minimizes bag contact with the saucepan).
- After about 40 minutes from frozen (20 mins if thawed), carefully remove the bag. The bag will be very hot. Cut a corner with scissors and pour into a serving bowl.
- Serve & enjoy!
Legal Sea Foods Clam Chowder: Microwave Option
- Caution! Do not microwave in bag! Thaw product in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours.
- Cut open a corner of the bag and pour product into a microwave-safe dish. Loosely cover with paper towel or microwavable plastic wrap.
- Heat in 2-minute increments, stirring between. Product should be thoroughly heated (165° F). Heating times are approximately 2 minutes per serving. Use caution when removing the dish from the microwave, the product and dish will be hot.
- Serve & enjoy!
Legal Sea Foods Clam Chowder: Stovetop Option
- Thaw product in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours.
- Cut open a corner of the bag and pour product into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated (165° F). For best quality, heat only what you plan to eat on that occasion (avoid reheating multiple times). Rapidly cool leftovers and store under refrigeration.
- Serve & enjoy!
Luke’s Lobster Lobster Roll Kit
- Thaw lobster and buns in the refrigerator overnight.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter (not included) over low heat.
- Remove from the heat and brush half a teaspoon of melted butter onto the outer sides of your buns, saving the rest of the butter for later.
- Heat a small pan over medium-low heat for 1 minute, then toast the buns in the pan until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Remove the buns from the pan and place on a plate.
- Spread 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise (not included) on the inside of each bun.
- Fill each bun with a quarter pound of lobster meat.
- Reheat the remaining melted butter, if necessary, and add lemon juice (not included).
- Drizzle the warm lemon butter evenly over the lobster in each roll.
- Evenly sprinkle one pinch of Luke’s Seasoning on top of the rolls.
- Serve and enjoy!

- Allow whoopie pies to thaw in their wrapper for 1 – 2 hours.
