This package serves 6-8 people and includes
- Giordano’s Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizza (approx. 2-3 lbs.)
- Vienna Beef Chicago-Style Hot Dog Kit
- 10 Vienna Beef Natural Casing Hot Dogs (each 6")
- 10 Poppy Seed Buns
- 1 jar Vienna Sport Peppers (12 oz.)
- 1 jar Vienna Bright Green Relish (12 oz.)
- 1 jar Vienna Yellow Mustard (9 oz.)
- 1 jar Vienna Celery Salt (6 oz.)
- 4 Carol’s Cookies Assorted Cookies (each 6 oz.)
- Garrett Popcorn Chicago Mix (6 oz.)
Cookie Flavors Include
- 1 Toffee Crunch
- 1 Snickerdoodle
- 1 Chocolate Chip
- 1 Old-Fashioned Sugar
- Ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store pizza in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Hot dogs arrive fully cooked. If you don’t plan to heat and serve immediately, please refrigerate or freeze upon arrival.
- Cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Do not refrigerate.
- Store popcorn in a temperature-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight and exposure to heat and humidity.
To Serve
Giordano’s Deep Dish Cheese Pizza
- Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 325° F. If your oven has a convection fan feature, do not use it.
- Place the pouch of additional pizza sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw.
- Remove all packaging from the pizza but save the cardboard circle.
- For optimal cheese melt, place the pizza in a microwave oven and cook on high for 6 minutes (4 minutes if the pizza is thawed). These microwave times are based on standard 1000-watt microwave ovens. If your microwave oven is higher in wattage, subtract a minute from the cooking time. If your microwave oven is lower in wattage, add a minute to the cooking time.
- Remove pizza from microwave oven and spread additional sauce from pouch over the existing sauce on the pizza.
- Place pizza directly on center rack of oven and bake for 35-40 minutes (slightly less time if the pizza is thawed), until the crust turns golden brown. Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your oven, so watch for the golden brown crust color.
- Remove pizza from oven and carefully slide pizza onto cardboard circle for easy slicing. Use caution as baked pizza will be very hot.
- Slice and enjoy!
Vienna Beef Chicago-Style Hot Dog Kit
- Steam Method: Place in 160-180° F water for 10 minutes.
- Grill/Broil Method: Place on flat grill at 350° F for 10 minutes.
- Deep Fry Method: Place in oil for 2-3 minutes at high heat (350° F).
- Microwave Method: Heat 1 frank for 30 seconds on high.
- Note: Cooking times will vary by equipment.
