The Best of Taliercio’s Sampler includes a legendary Prime Rib Cheesesteak on seeded semolina bread, the “Moe Man’s Ragu” sandwich on prosciutto bread, a dozen fried ravioli, and two Chicken Parm Egg Rolls. Taliercio’s Gourmet Deli, a New Jersey institution founded in 1988, carefully prepares these iconic, over-the-top portions using premium ingredients like slow-cooked ribeye, house-made braciole, and creamy ricotta. These massive Italian deli classics arrive ready to warm up and enjoy at home, capturing the authentic spirit of Garden State food culture in one bold, creative feast.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes

  • Sampler ships frozen with dry ice, which may dissipate in transit.
  • Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
  • Items may thaw in transit — if not eating right away, place back in the freezer upon arrival.
  • Place raviolis and egg rolls in the freezer for up to 3 months, or refrigerate enjoy within 5 days.
  • Upon arrival, store sandwiches in the freezer for up to 3 months, or refrigerate for up to 12 hours if planning to enjoy within a day.

To Serve

  • Sandwiches
    • Thaw sandwich in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
    • Remove paper but keep sandwich in the foil wrapping.
    • Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes.
    • Check the center of the sandwich. If still cold, keep wrapped and continue heating until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Ravioli
    • If frozen, thaw for 1 hour prior to preparing.
    • Preheat oven or air fryer to 350°F.
    • Remove ravioli from packaging and heat for 10 minutes.
  • Marinara Sauce
    • Microwave marinara sauce for 2 minutes until hot.
    • Serve alongside ravioli.
