Taco Palenque was founded in Laredo, Texas, in 1987 by Juan Francisco “Pancho” Ochoa, who is also the founder of another beloved chain: El Pollo Loco. Since day one, Taco Palenque has been serving up a true taste of Mexico 24 hours a day, and now it’s shipping nationwide for the first time!

This package serves 4-6 people and includes everything you need to make 10 “Casero” Sirloin Steak Tacos

  • 10 Flour Tortillas
  • Sirloin Steak (10 oz.)
  • Refried Beans (1 lb.)
  • Rice (1 lb.)
  • Avocado Salsa (8 oz.)
  • Red Salsa (8 oz.)
  • Choose to add on a hat!

  • Taco Kits ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Meat & rice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 14 days.
  • Tortillas last up to 6-8 hours in the refrigerator or freezer (please note that tortillas have a short time span because they are pre-cooked).
  • Beans and salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

To Serve

  • Sirloin
    • If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator 3-4 hours max before following reheating instructions.
    • Place bag inside the microwave.
    • Heat for 3 minutes or until heated through.
  • Rice
    • If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator 3-4 hours max before following reheating instructions.
    • Do a small one-inch cut on the top of the sealed bag before placing it in the microwave.
    • Place in microwave and heat for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  • Beans
    • Place the sealed bag inside the microwave.
    • Heat for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  • Flour Tortilla
    • Preheat a nonstick skillet or comal to medium heat.
    • Place a tortilla on the skillet and turn as soon as you see bubbles rise up (30-50 seconds).
    • Cook on the second side (30-50 seconds).
    • Flip back to the first side again and finish cooking completely.
  • Assemble
    • Spread refried beans onto your tortilla.
    • Add the sirloin.
    • Add a special touch with your pico de Gallo and avocado or red salsa.
    • Enjoy!
