Growing up in Texas, Erica “Sweet E” Tucker spent a lot of time baking with her mother and grandmother, and after moving to Los Angeles she founded Sweet E’s Bake Shop in 2009. What started as a home-kitchen passion project has since blossomed into one of LA’s most popular bakeries, with an adorable storefront and fans including Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, and Lady Gaga. All of Sweet E’s treats are handmade in small batches, with only the highest-quality real ingredients and a whole lot of love.

- Each cake measures approx. 8″ × 6″ and weighs approx. 7 lbs.
- Each cookie measures approx. 3-4" and weighs approx. 1.5 oz.

- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate during transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, place cake in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Cookies arrive ready to enjoy!
- Store cookies at room temperature for up to 5 days, in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
To Serve
Wicked Cake
- If frozen, remove plastic from the cake, place cake back in the bakery box, and place it in the refrigerator.
- Allow cake to thaw in the fridge overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
- Slice and enjoy!
