Growing up in Texas, Erica “Sweet E” Tucker spent a lot of time baking with her mother and grandmother, and after moving to Los Angeles she founded Sweet E’s Bake Shop in 2009. What started as a home-kitchen passion project has since blossomed into one of LA’s most popular bakeries, with an adorable storefront and fans including Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, and Lady Gaga. All of Sweet E’s treats are handmade in small batches, with only the highest-quality real ingredients and a whole lot of love.

- Cake ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate during transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, place cake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Cake can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- To store cake in the refrigerator, remove plastic from around the cake, place back in the bakery box, and place it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
To Serve
- If frozen, remove plastic from the cake, place cake back in the bakery box, and place it in the refrigerator.
- Allow cake to thaw in the fridge overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
