Growing up in Texas, Erica “Sweet E” Tucker spent a lot of time baking with her mother and grandmother, and after moving to Los Angeles she founded Sweet E’s Bake Shop in 2009. What started as a home-kitchen passion project has since blossomed into one of LA’s most popular bakeries, with an adorable storefront and fans including Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, and Lady Gaga.
