Growing up in Texas, Erica “Sweet E” Tucker spent a lot of time baking with her mother and grandmother, and after moving to Los Angeles she founded Sweet E’s Bake Shop in 2009. What started as a home-kitchen passion project has since blossomed into one of LA’s most popular bakeries, with an adorable storefront and fans including Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, and Lady Gaga. All of Sweet E’s treats are handmade in small batches, with only the highest-quality real ingredients and a whole lot of love.

- Cake jars ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Store at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
- Thaw cake jars at room temperature before serving.
