The North meets The South in this decadent dessert that brings together the red velvet cake with a super rich and creamy blueberry cheesecake ice cream, topped with blueberries.

After 15 years of living in Harlem, the husband-and-wife duo of Nick Larsen and Petrushka Bazin Larsen decided to give back to the community by opening an ice cream shop with flavors inspired by Petrushka’s Caribbean and African American culture and Nick’s Midwestern upbringing. Since opening in 2017, Sugar Hill has quickly become beloved by the locals for its wide variety of creative flavors made fresh daily using only high-quality, all-natural ingredients.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes 1 Red Velvet Cake with Blueberry Ice Cream

  • Each Ice cream cake measures approx. 6" and weighs approx. 1 lb.
  • Ice cream Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, store ice cream cakes in the freezer.
  • Cakes can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.

To Serve

  • Allow Ice Cream Cheesecake to temper for 15-20 minutes on the counter prior to serving.
