After 15 years of living in Harlem, the husband-and-wife duo of Nick Larsen and Petrushka Bazin Larsen decided to give back to the community by opening an ice cream shop with flavors inspired by Petrushka’s Caribbean and African American culture and Nick’s Midwestern upbringing. Since opening in 2017, Sugar Hill has quickly become beloved by the locals for its wide variety of creative flavors made fresh daily using only high-quality, all-natural ingredients.
This package serves 8 people and includes 1 Thanksgiving Nutmeg Sweet Potato Ice Cream Pie
- Each Ice cream pie measures approx. 6" and weighs approx. 1 lb.
- Ice cream pies ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store ice cream cakes in the freezer.
- Pies can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- Carefully take pie out of the tin.
- Allow ice cream pie to temper for 10-15 minutes on the counter prior to cutting.
- Carefully cut into 8 slices.
- Serve and enjoy!
