Sucré Confetti Cake
A New Orleans patisserie known for its French-inspired macarons and handmade sweets, Sucré brings its playful side to the Confetti Cake — the same tender vanilla cake and silky vanilla buttercream as its Classic Cake, finished with a vibrant confetti sprinkle border. The 6" cake serves 10 to 12 and can be topped with up to six of Sucré’s signature French macarons, chosen as an add-on. It’s the cake built for birthdays, graduations, and the just-because celebrations that call for something festive.
This package serves 10-12 people and includes a 6" Vanilla Confetti Cake

To Serve
- While the cake is still frozen, carefully remove and discard the plastic wrap and acetate collar.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator and allow it to thaw overnight.
- About 2 hours before serving, remove the cake from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature.
- If you purchased the Signature Macarons as an add-on, wait until the cake has been at room temperature for approximately 1 hour before placing the macarons on top. This allows the buttercream to soften just enough for the macarons to adhere securely.
