- Wrap cheese in wax paper + plastic wrap or in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
- Cheese may be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. Texture may become slightly crumbly after thawing, but flavor remains intact. Use for grating or cooking.
- Store fresh prosciutto in the refrigerator immediately, sealed and used within 3 days after opening; freezing is possible for 1 month, but may affect texture.
- Sopressata logs should also be refrigerated. Uncut, they last up to 2 months, and once cut, 2–3 weeks; freezing is optional for up to 2 months.
- Smoked Gouda keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks once opened and can be frozen for 2 months (best for cooking after).
- Dubai chocolate and mini toasts/crackers should be stored in a cool, dry pantry.
- Fig spread goes in the refrigerator after opening and lasts 4 weeks.
- Brownies keep 5 days at room temperature, 10 days refrigerated, or 3 months frozen.
- Peanuts should be stored tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.

He wanted to send gift baskets to 100 of his clients, so we quickly pulled together treats from the store – caramel corn, cheese, fresh cookies, nuts, and more – and hand-wrapped each basket for delivery.
