- Cookies ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Store coffee in in a cool, dry place.
- Whole bean coffee is best used within 3–4 weeks of opening for peak flavor.
- Ground coffee is best used within 2–3 weeks of opening.
- Place cookie pucks in the freezer immediately unless baking the same day. Store in freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 325°F if you’re using convection, or 365–375°F for a regular oven.
- Place the frozen cookie pucks on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each one.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are just set.
- Let the cookies cool on the tray for about 5 minutes before moving them.
Tips:
- For soft and chewy cookies, take them out around the 10-minute mark. For crispier edges, let them go closer to 12 minutes.
- Try a test batch first—every oven bakes a little differently!
