Labriola, regarded as one of Chicago’s premier artisan bakers, introduced Stan’s San Francisco Sourdough in 2023. Every loaf reflects his commitment to quality with a 48-hour starter, long fermentation, natural ingredients, and hearth oven baking. It marks a return to Rich’s baking roots and continues to elevate Stan’s reputation for exceptional products.
