We cure the finest hormone free pork belly available using our proprietary blend of seasonings (and we NEVER use nitrates). It’s then smoked and hand sliced super thick (approximately 6 slices per pound).

Back in 2008, Dan Greenberg was working as a chiropractor in his hometown of Margate on the Jersey Shore. He loved helping people feel better, but hated working with insurance companies, so he decided to turn his love for smoking food into a business. Together with his wife Sandy, he founded South Jersey Smoke House, and since then, they’ve turned the business into a successful catering operation and restaurant, been written up by some of the industry’s top critics, and are smoking up some of the finest smoked salmon and other meats you’ll find anywhere.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes your choice of 3 lbs. of Double Smoked Maple Bacon or Double Smoked Pepper Bacon

  • Bacon arrives in 3 packs (1 lb. per pack)
  • Bacon ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, store bacon in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
  • Bacon lasts up to 5 days in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer.

To Serve

  • Thaw bacon in the refrigerator.
  • Once thawed, remove wrapping and place into preheated frying pan.
  • Cook bacon until golden brown.
  • Serve and enjoy!
