Brisket Chili - 2 Quarts

This brisket is smoked for a full 12 hours using nothing but oak wood. Then, it is cubed and added to a pot with some tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, and other goodies (NO beans)…and let it ride for another 8 hours. The result is what many have called the best chili they have ever had!
