These baby back ribs are seasoned with house-made dry rub and smoked using nothing but New Jersey oak. They’re super tender, very flavorful….and sure to be a hit!

Back in 2008, Dan Greenberg was working as a chiropractor in his hometown of Margate on the Jersey Shore. He loved helping people feel better, but hated working with insurance companies, so he decided to turn his love for smoking food into a business. Together with his wife Sandy, he founded South Jersey Smoke House, and since then, they’ve turned the business into a successful catering operation and restaurant, been written up by some of the industry’s top critics, and are smoking up some of the finest smoked salmon and other meats you’ll find anywhere.

BBQ Sauce Options Include

  • Ribs ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, place ribs and sauce in the refrigerator if planning to enjoy them within 3 days.
  • Sauce and ribs may be frozen for up to 6 months in their original packaging.

To Serve

  • Heat ribs (in the foil) in a preheated 300 F oven until reaching an internal temperature of 165F.
  • Unwrap for the last 10 minutes to crisp up the ribs.
