Snake River Farms is getting in on the BBQ game! This pack includes a whole Snake River Farms smoked brisket, a pack of smoked beef sausage, and a pack of smoked jalapeño cheddar beef & pork sausage!

Founded by Robert Rebholtz, Snake River Farms began with a small herd of wagyu cattle from Kobe, Japan, that were later crossed with premium American Black Angus to create an entirely new herd. Since 1968, Snake River Farms has been raising cattle along the high plain of the Snake River in Boise, Idaho, and providing some of the U.S.‘s best restaurants, like Thomas Keller’s French Laundry, with American wagyu beef, Berkshire hogs, and Kurobuta pork. All of Snake River Farms’ cuts are wet-aged for 28 days, yielding tender, well-marbled, red hued ranch-to-table wagyu beef and filet mignon.

Snake River Farms Requires an Order Minimum of $75.

  • Items are shipped frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Items are individually sealed in airtight packaging and arrive inside a reusable thermal bag.
  • Upon arrival, remove items from the reusable thermal bag, and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  • To serve, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Sausages thaw overnight while the brisket will take 1-2 days.

To Serve

Smoked Brisket

  • Thaw smoked brisket completely before heating.
  • Brisket arrives fully cooked, must be reheated in the oven or on the grill before serving.
  • Cooking times and temperatures vary depending on your equipment. For best results, heat for two hours or less.

Grill

  • Wrap in foil and place on BBQ pit/grill over indirect heat (300°F) until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Oven

  • Wrap in foil and place in a 350°F conventional oven for specified time or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Smoked Sausages

  • Thaw smoked sausages completely before heating.
  • Heat sausages using a grill, smoker or sauté pan. Cooking times and temperatures can vary depending on your equipment.
  • Sausage should always be heated to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • When natural juices of the sausage break through the casing, the sausage is ready.
