Some restrictions applyThey love their crab in the Pacific Northwest, and the sweet, satisfying Dungeness Crab (named for bay inside of Dungeness Spit, on of the Straits of Juan de Fuca) is the local favorite. It is delicious right out of the shell, of course, but there is nothing quite like a Dungeness Crab Roll – a quintessential Pacific Northwest experience!

The fish gained massive popularity and SeaBear Smokehouse was established. Today, SeaBear Smokehouse remains true to their roots, serving sustainable seafood handcrafted in small batches from the Pacific Northwest.
