Each sausage package includes Aussie-style Snag, Butcher Bier Brats, smoked sausages, and Cheddar Brats. Complete with sauerkraut, two beer koozies, and a keychain bottle opener.

For more than a century, New York’s Schaller & Weber have been the masters of charcuterie. Ferdinand Schaller and Tony Weber founded the butcher shop famed for crafting German-style sausages and smoked meats in their Upper East Side shop in 1937. Using only the finest cuts of pork and natural, hand-blended spices, Schaller and Weber make award-winning delicately-seasoned bratwurst, knackwurst, and bacon-cheddar brats along with smoked hams, cold cuts, and some of the finest bacon on earth.

More About The Sausages:

  • Flower Shop – The Flower Shop Bar and Restaurant opened its doors in 2017 and immediately became a Lower East Side staple, known for its delicious fare, late nights and 70’s era Australian style. Looking to add some flavor from down under to his menu Executive Chef Michael Hamilton created this sausage or “snag” as they’re known in Australia. A tender pork blend mixes with rich confit garlic, smokey paprika, and a pinch of sage for a flavor equally at home at a Bondi beach cookout or L.E.S. rooftop BBQ.
  • Mikkeller NYC – Mikkeller NYC was founded in 2006 by then high school teacher and homebrewer Mikkel Borg Bjergsø. As a gypsy brewer, Mikkel traveled the world experimenting with hops, malt, and yeast while challenging the status quo of craft beer. Mikkeller NYC opened in March of 2019 at Citi Field at Mikkeller’s first east coast brewery and taproom. MKNYC, like the larger Mikkeller family focuses on innovation, quality, and experimentation.
  • Smoked Sausages – The Schaller & Weber Smoked Sausages are a mix of pork and beef, slow-smoked over a natural hardwood to create a timeless favorite of the European old world for the modern meat eater.
  • Cheddar Brats – Schaller & Weber Cheddar Brats are based on Ferdinand Schaller’s Smoked Sausage recipe and influenced by the Austrian Käsekrainer. Instead of Emmentaler, each link is packed with a Vermont Cheddar from Plymouth Artisan Cheese, the second oldest cheese company in the United States (founded in 1890 by Calvin Coolidge’s father.) It all comes together for a tasty dose of smoked flavor, pork filling, and smooth cheddar cheese.
