To Serve
Pastrami
- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Remove desired amount from the refrigerator and place on a microwave-safe plate.
- Microwave for approx. 10-15 seconds.
- Assemble sandwich to your liking.

- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Wrap each knish in a piece of aluminum foil.
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
