Each box contains a delicious mix of seasonal soft and hard cheeses, imported and domestic, crafted from a variety of milks. Examples include sheep milk Bandaged Bismark, local creamy goat cheese and semi-soft cows milk St. Nectaire from France. Appropriate accompaniments complement the cheese selections. A slate cheese board is included so you can build your own board just like we do in our cafe.
