Founded by Danny and Kenny Sze in 1992 in New York City, Sable’s is one of the city’s finest sources for smoked fish, bagels, and other Jewish “appetizing” specialties. The New York deli’s legendary lox and classic New York bagels — along with smoked sable, sturgeon, whitefish salad, and other brunch must-haves — keep the tradition of the great Jewish deli alive. Sable’s was declared to have “The best smoked salmon in the city” by The Village Voice.

Sable’s Smoked Fish Requires an Order Minimum of $70

This package serves 4-6 people and included

  • Famous Lobster Salad (1.5 lbs.)
  • 6 Challah Rolls
  • 6 Slices Smoked Salmon
  • Pickles, your choice
    • Sour Pickles (1 qt.)
    • Half Sour Pickles (1 qt.)
  • Items ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Lobster salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • Smoked salmon & pickles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Challah rolls can be stored at room temperature for up to 3-4 days or up to 1 month in the freezer.

To Serve

  • Preheat oven to 300° F.
  • Bake bread for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve lobster salad and smoked salmon cold.
  • Assemble your roll and serve with a pickle.
