Sable’s Smoked Fish ships its famous caviar nationwide on Goldbelly! Sevruga caviar has a smooth, buttery, aromatic flavor and a clear, glossy appearance. Its fine grains are of a slate-gray to black color. Choose between 2 oz. and 4 oz. This package also comes with the option of classic caviar accouterments; crème fraîche, mini blini’s, and petits toasts.

Founded by Danny and Kenny Sze in 1992 in New York City, Sable’s is one of the city’s finest sources for smoked fish, bagels, and other Jewish “appetizing” specialties.
