Rustika Cafe and Bakery was founded by pastry chef Francis Reznick in 1994. Today, it’s renowned as one of Houston’s best cake shops and bakeries, with Reznick’s children (and even her nieces and nephews) lending a hand at the family-owned shop. At Rustika, their vision is simple: create decadent and beautiful desserts while never compromising on flavor or quality ingredients.

- Each empanada serves 1 person and measures 6" in length, 3.5" in width.
- Each empanada weighs 4.5 oz. – 5.5 oz.

- Round Tres Leches – The round tres leches cake is made with three layers vanilla cake moistened with homemade tres leches blend, filled with homemade fluffy whipped cream icing.
- Dulce de Leche – The dulce de leche cake is made with three layers of moist vanilla cake filled with homemade creamy cream cheese icing and dulce de leche caramel that is brewed in-house for over 8 hours!
- Italian Caramel Cream – The Italian caramel cream cake is made with three layers of moist Italian cake (vanilla cake baked with walnuts) filled with homemade Italian buttercream, with a rim of toasted coconut on the outside.
- White Chocolate Raspberry – The white chocolate raspberry cake is made with three layers of moist vanilla cake filled with homemade creamy cream cheese Icing and fresh raspberry preserves, topped with Callebaut white chocolate shavings.
- Triple Chocolate – The triple chocolate cake is made with three layers of moist chocolate cake filled with one layer of white chocolate and another layer of homemade chocolate mousse icing.
