Famous Original Pizza

Roberta’s Pizza ships its famous wood-fired pizzas nationwide on Goldbelly! Join date night with Beyoncé and Jay-Z with Roberta’s signature Neapolitan-inspired pizza. In a process that took months of testing, each handmade pizza is baked in a wood-burning oven imported from Italy, then immediately blast chilled. The pizzas are crafted with the same ingredients, from the scratch-made dough to the handmade mozzarella, as they use at the restaurant. The famous original is Roberta’s handmade, sourdough crust topped with a bright pungent tomato sauce, house-made mozzarella, aged Caciocavallo provolone from Italy, freshly ground Parmigiano Reggiano, and pinch of chili flakes for a little kick. A spicy and flavorful choice for any meal!

Down a nearly forgotten corner of Bushwick whose neighbors include abandoned factories and gritty warehouses, is an unassuming building, a fiery red pizza oven imported from Italy, and hordes of locals and tourists alike clamoring for some of the city’s finest pizza. Since opening in 2008, there has been a near-constant hour-long line to dine at Roberta’s. The Brooklyn restaurant, helmed by chef-owner Carlo Mirarchi, makes some of the city’s best Neapolitan-inspired wood fired pizza.

Brooklyn, NY

Down a nearly forgotten corner of Bushwick whose neighbors include abandoned factories and gritty warehouses, you’ll find an old shipping container, a fiery red pizza oven imported from Italy and New York royalty--Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Why? Let’s just leave it as... it’s Brooklyn. Waiting in hour long lines wrapped around a graffiti-tagged garage, New Yorkers gather around long picnic tables as they dine on some of the city’s best Neapolitan-inspired pizza, lit under the romantic glow of holiday twinkle lights. Simplicity is key here. Each pizza is topped with a fresh tomato sauce and creamy, house-made mozzarella as flames lick the edges of their airy, yet crisp crust in an imported wood-burning oven.

In crust, we trust.
