Since opening in 2008, there has been a near-constant hour-long line to dine at Roberta’s. The Brooklyn restaurant, helmed by chef-owner Carlo Mirarchi, makes some of the city’s best Neapolitan-inspired wood fired pizza.

- This package ships frozen with dry ice
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, the product may thaw

- Upon receipt place in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freezer for up to 6 months
To Serve
From Frozen
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Place pizza on a baking sheet
- Bake for 5½ – 6½ minutes, because (If you like it crispier, cook it longer)
- Remove from oven
- Slice and enjoy!
